I appreciated being given adequate time to ask questions & to ensure my understanding of the information shared with me about the potential cause(s) of my symptoms & treatment options which may be considered. The provider was very professional & personable & seemed to be genuinely concerned with wanting to assist me with achieving a good outcome with my treatment plan. Unfortunately, Spinal Diagnostics had not yet received my MRI images prior to my appointment and the provider had to depend on chart notes & my description of my symptoms & her examination/observations of me during my visit to evaluate & determine the next step in my treatment plan. I was satisfied that she had made the best of the situation & had recommended a sound next step for my continued care.

I have seen Dr Heros and Jake, from Abbott. Most of my visits have been with Jake for adjustments to my spinal cord stimulator. They have both been very helpful. I feel listened to.

Even though Dr Heros gave me information that was disappointing, I felt he was honest and said he would confer with other colleagues. Possibly I’ll find an answer for my back pain one of these days!
