This office, from the office personnel, nurse's, PA's physician's etc are extremely professional. The entire organization, everyone seems to love what they do and work so well together. It is truly a team atmosphere of mutual respect for each other and the patients. This is by far the most cohesive medical group I have ever experienced. Along with establishing an outstanding work environment the quality of medical care is excellent. Staff is competent, kind and highly skilled.

When a snowstorm hit the region, my husband & I were stranded on I-84 & Dr. Heros couldn't get to his office. A telehealth visit was arranged quickly & efficiently by the scheduler. Dr. Heros was very thorough, had reviewed my MRI result & asked all the right questions to ascertain possible root causes of my function/pain issue. Sitting in our vehicle at a standstill on the freeway surrounded by semi-trucks, I felt that the care I received was as good as an in-person office visit. Dr. Heros's office followed up the same day with ordered testing & next day to schedule office visit & possible procedure. Everyone from schedulers, to MA & MD were professional, pleasant, efficient & timely.
